Below are items which I will no longer be using in Ham Radio. A lot of the items are for builders and for those "Makers" who use Arduino or Raspberry Pi computers. If you see something which meets your eye, or you wish more information, drop me a line via email (bill at w4ish.net). Include your phone number, and I'll give you a call. None of the prices include shipping, so we have to figure out those costs. (Or you may pick it up if you are in this area).
A four position antenna switch. Great isolation due to circular construction. Can handle legal power under low SWR. (I would stick to under 1 KW, though, for safety). Uses a normal CAT5 cable for control signals. Shown with a test cable attached. Waterproof if the control cable entry is protected. Never used, only tested.
DX engineering 9:1 Balun. 5 KW continuous, 10 KW intermittent. Used only with 100 watts, so has never been stressed. Originally $100
A Collection of PL259s, 8" feed through UHF sockets, UHF to BNC adapters, SO259s, U-bolts, clips, UHF to type N adapters, an 8" RG-8 type of jumper, UHF right angle adapters, SMA adapter jumpers, etc.
DX engineering 1:1 Balun. 5 KW continuous, 10 KW intermittent. Used with a 600 watts amp into matched beam antenna, so has never been stressed. Originally $100
Tool for attaching compression F-Connectors. Includes bag of F connectors. Used for Receive antennas, or Beverage antenna
Uses Voltage down coax to switch between two antennas. Used, works great.
An Extended Double Zepp antenna for 40 Meters. Used for 6 months prior to moving to present location. 600 ohm ladder line from included balun continuously to end of antenna. No breaks or soldering joints. Great performer. 40 meters with gain! Almost as long as 80 meter dipole. Includes Com-Tea 1:1 Balun. The complete antenna for less than the cost of the Balun!
Connect two radios to 6 antennas, with no worry about one transmitter burning up the front end of the other. When one radio has control of an antenna, say on position 2, then the other radio is locked out and cannot be switched to that antenna. Great for those with more than one radio.
